Medowie Planning Strategy
Adopted by Council in December 2016, the Medowie Planning Strategy provides local direction for land use planning and sustainable growth over the next 20 years.
Medowie Implementation Panel
The panel has been established to provide community advice to Council on the implementation of the Medowie Planning Strategy.
The objectives of the Medowie Panel are:
  • to provide a forum to regularly report on progress and share information between Council and the community
  • to drive the implementation of the actions contained within the Strategy.
Members include the Mayor, Central Ward Councillors, Council staff from Strategic Planning, Economic Development and Assets units and 4 community representatives. Robert Dein and Ben Niland (business reps), Heather Sharp and Geoff Voigt (resident reps).
